Hong Realty (Private) Limited was incorporated in 1962. It operates as a property development and investment holding company, and is a subsidiary of Hong Leong Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. As a real estate developer based in Singapore, one of the projects which was jointly developed with TID is The Scala. Hong Realty (Private) Limited has also participated in many enbloc acquisition and redevelopment projects over the years.
